Blueberry Smoothie

A filling meal substitute. Mix ingredients below in a blender. Serve in a very large glass. The two powder ingredients are optional, to help make the drink more filling and to add protein and grains to the mix. Makes a great breakfast if you eat English muffins with this.

1 banana, cut in a few pieces
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup soy milk (plain/original flavor)
1 tablespoon soy protein powder
1 tablespoon oat flour
