Krab Salad

Imitation crab is a lot cheaper than real crab. And, actually, it doesn't really taste like crab but still tastes good anyway. I prefer to call it "krab," to indicate that this is something different.

1. In large mixing bowl, combine together:
     imitation crab
     sliced black olives
     juice from a small lemon
     1 green onion, chopped up
     salt and pepper
     a glob of mayonnaise
     a glob of sour cream
optional minced celery, radishes, and or carrots
     parsley

2. Arrange the salad on the serving dishes as beautifully as you possibly can:
     chopped lettuce on the bottom
pile on the krab salad mixture
arrange tomato wedges and avocado slices on top

3. Serve with any variety of rolls.

Great dinner for a hot summer day!
