Chicken Paprikish

1) Combine in a skillet:
     > cut-up chicken (stir-fry style; or whole pieces, but plan on cooking longer)
     > sliced sweet/yellow onion (about a medium whole onion or half a large onion)
     > olive oil, couple tablespoons
     > salt and pepper

2) Stir-fry above ingredients at high heat. While cooking, add:
     > Paprika
and keep adding it...get carried away with it...you can't have too much paprika...Dump it on! Then add more paprika.

3) Once the chicken and onions are cooked through, thicken into a gravy by either of these two options:
     > Mix in canned Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup and enough water to get the right consistency.
     OR...
     > Add combination of water with flour (or flour/corstarch blend) to make it more traditional gravy-like.
Once gravy is made, test for flavor and add more salt and/or pepper if needed (or just add as condiments at the table).

Serve over wide egg noodles or mashed potatoes, with a side of vegetables or salad (for color variety, stick with greens for your vegetable).
