Inspired by Elsa:
> apple, diced small
> carrots, grated
> raisins
> olive oil mayonnaise
Elsa used to pour a little apple juice in it, but I'm not sure it's necessary. Just add a little apple juice as desired to make the salad more moist. Keep this simple! Any time you add other stuff to this salad, it just doesn't taste right anymore.
