I named this recipe Aphids back in the day when Desiree was a tiny tot and so in love with bugs. She was fascinated with ladybugs who ate aphids. I pretended the little broccoli specks and the basil flecks were aphids, and Desiree was the ladybug gobbling them down. This simple recipe ended up being a hit, and I've decided to stick with the name for lack of something better.
