Chocolate Cream Pie

1) Oreo cookie pie crust (can be pre-made from the store)
Bake 5 or so minutes to give it cripiness, then set aside to cool.
OR, make pie crust with graham cracker crumbs, following recipe on boxed graham cracker crumbs.

2) Cook one box (5 oz. = 6 half-cup servings) Jell-O Cook & Serve Pudding with:
     > 2½ cups 2% milk, plus
     > ½ cup half-n-half cream.
     Cook over medium heat, stirring until it comes to a FULL boil.

3. Pour pudding into pie shell. Allow to steam for 10 minutes or so. Then cover with a plastic wrap directly on the pudding. When it's lukewarm, remove that wrap and replace with a new wrap. Put in the fridge for a few hours to set.

4. Topping (optional):
     > Whip 1 cup whipping cream until almost stiff.
     > Add ¼ cup sugar and
     > 1 teaspoon vanilla
     Beat until cream holds peaks.
     Spread over the pie, then sprinkle shaved Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate on top (or use decorative cake sprinkles).
