I can't remember exactly how I made this, but I want to get something posted before I completely forget about this recipe. If I remember more, I'll update this recipe later.
1) Make rice.
2) Stir-fry together in a little oil:
*onion, red bell pepper, broccoli florets, ?
*protein: garbanzo beans or chicken (I used "Little Smokies" turkey links)
*seasoning: salt and pepper, curry powder spice blend, sriracha powder, chicken bouillon
Combine rice and stir-fry stuff together...makes a one-dish dinner. The combination of curry powder and sriracha powder was surprisingly delicious, with a very warm flavor.
